Meet Your Trainer

Hi, my name is Nic Archuleta. I have been passionate about health and fitness for as long as I can remember. When I was a young boy of about 8 years old, I would challenge my family and friends to sit up contests! From that age on, I have always been very active. I played T-Ball as a young boy, went on to play YAFL Football, then moved onto Cross Country, Track and Field and Swimming in high school. In college, I joined the Triathlon team and avidly lifted weights at the university gym. Afterwards, I would bike 19 miles round trip to my graduate school classes and lift weights.

 

Shortly after graduating from business school and beginning a desk job, I began to hit a rut. I started to gain weight, become more sedentary, and establish some unhealthy eating and lifestyle habits. After about 2 years, I began to realize I was not on a sustainable path. I was the heaviest I had ever been. My wife and I began a kettlebell workout routine together, which ignited the fire. We then discovered the ketogenic diet, and that is when I saw serious body composition improvements. The icing on the cake was joining our local CrossFit gym together! Attending Undisputed Fitness helped me realize that health and fitness is my true calling, so I obtained the Power Athlete Level 1 Certification, and began personal training to compliment my Ketogenic Health Coaching.

 

As a personal trainer, it is my mission to meet people where they are, find out everything I can about their lifestyle, and create a fun and sustainable plan to get them where they need to be. I help people with weight loss, body recomposition, muscle gain, as well as athletic endeavors. I am always educating myself so I bring the latest knowledge and guidance to my clients to make tomorrow better than yesterday. I hope you join me today!

60 Day Fitness Challenge

This is for a single session, one on one, to get a baseline assessment and establish a prescriptive workout plan to help you reach your goals.

Single Session

This is for a full month of personal training sessions. We can meet virtually or in person (Santa Fe or Albuquerque, NM) 2-3 times per week. 

Monthly Personal Training

This option gives you personalized programming every week to help you meet your fitness goals.
