I have always been interested in health and fitness. From a young age, I have read magazines, articles online, and been active in one way or another. That being said, I have lately struggled with staying physically active and in good shape. From a desk job, to hanging out around the house, to just being lazy or “busy,” I can come up with endless excuses to not work out. I want to share my experiences in this section to hopefully connect with many readers out there who are in the same boat, and share some ideas for us to help overcome our excuses and become healthier and happier.
In this section, I will discuss my experiences throughout 2017 in terms of working out and being physically fit. I will share what works for me, what doesn’t, and what the results are. I will also share what equipment I find most useful to help me jump-start my exercise for this year. I hope that many of you can relate and will share your experiences, successes, and failures with all of us as well. My goal is to make 2017 a year of renewal and the start of a permanent, healthy lifestyle. I hope you will help me on this journey and we can achieve our fitness goals together!
