After long endurance rides, we need fats and proteins to help our bodies recover and this recipes hits all of the marks. It's refreshing and delicious, and definitely something we look forward to after our long rides! Plus, on hot days, simply add a few ice cubes to create a strawberry ice cream milkshake that is keto-friendly. Enjoy!
10g of NowKeto KetoMCT Oil Powder
1 tablespoon of Dr. Bronner's Coconut Oil⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 tablespoons of Thrive Market organic almond butter
6 ounces of Milkadamia unsweetened vanilla macadamia milk⠀⠀
4 ounces of Pacific unsweetened hemp milk⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
10g of NowKeto KetoCOLLAGEN, strawberry cream ⠀
Blend together all of the following ingredients in a high-powered blender to create a well-mixed and frothy recovery drink. Optional: add ice to create a milk shake-like drink. Serve immediately.
