12 Sausage Links or Grass-fed Beef Hot-dogs 8 ounces grated Cheddar Cheese 3/4 cup Almond Flour 1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed 2 ounces Cream Cheese 1 Egg Dash of Salt & Pepper
Melt the cheese in the microwave (approximately 30 seconds). Once fully melted, mix in the almond flour, ground flax seed, cream cheese, egg, salt and pepper. If the cheese gets too sticky or stringy, just reheat in the microwave to make hot again, but do not overheat. Once thoroughly mixed, spread out evenly on a piece of parchment paper. Allow the dough to cool until slightly hard (about 15 minutes in the fridge). Preheat oven to 350F. Slice into equally sized pieces. Wrap each sausage link in one piece of dough. Once all sausage is wrapped, bake for 10-15 minutes, until cooked to personal liking. Enjoy!
